What is the Return Policy?
Due to the customizable nature of our products, we do not offer returns. We do not offer returns due to wrong color or size.
How can I ensure I order the correct size?
Size charts are included in all of our product images. Please read the measurements carefully and choose the one that best matches your needs.
How can I make changes to an order I already placed?
Unfortunately, due to the customization of our products, making changes to an order after it has been placed is not possible.
What do I do if I receive a defective order?
E-mail us immediately. We have a limited time (14 days) to review the defective product and either make an exchange or refund the product. We do not return products due to wrong color or size.

How is the product made?
We design the graphics for all of our products and outsource to Printify (a print company) to create the product we envision. As a small business we do not have the space to host our inventory nor a printer.
